At SaasPoint, we want you to be satisfied with our services. However, since we provide digital SaaS products and subscriptions, we follow this refund policy:

Subscription Services

  • Refunds are not provided for monthly subscriptions once the billing cycle has started.
  • If you cancel before the next billing date, you will not be charged further.

Annual Plans

  • If you purchased an annual plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not extensively used the services.
  • After 7 days, refunds will not be available, but you can continue to use the service until the end of your billing period.

Failed Transactions / Duplicate Charges

  • If you are accidentally charged more than once, please contact our support team. We will investigate and issue a refund for duplicate payments.

Free Trials

  • Some of our plans may offer a free trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial to avoid charges.

How to Request a Refund
