saaspoint, Europe's largest specialist salesforce.com implementation consultancy, has launched a new global remote administration service for salesforce.com users. The new division is headed by Niall McGrath who formerly worked with professional services in salesforce.com.

"One of the key benefits of salesforce.com is that it is easy to implement. But as customers grow they may need help exploiting the regular upgrades, implementing specific campaigns or tweaking the system to meet organisational changes. We can provide this service remotely on a pay-as-you-use basis without users making long term commitments, " commented Niall McGrath, Remote Administration Manager, Saaspoint. The service is aimed at small and medium sized businesses with 100 salesforce.com users or less.

For users who require a more regular consulting service, Saaspoint has also launched an on-demand remote consultancy service. Users simply buy a number of hours per quarter and are assured of a dedicated CRM consultant over that period. On-demand consultancy covers everything from creating new reports and dashboards to training or managing security of the system and data.
