in the USA

Saaspoint is looking for Practice Directors to continue our explosive growth in the US. A global implementor of on-demand technology solutions, Saaspoint needs a few world-class delivery executives who can identify market opportunities, formulate solutions, assemble teams and deliver solutions that surpass our clients' expectations. In this role the Practice Director will drive the following organizational imperatives:



  1. Drive new business development in new and existing accounts
  2. Broaden and deepen the relationship with salesforce.com's account executives and sales management
  3. Manage client relationships from initial contact through project delivery to ensure high customer satisfaction and maximum revenue potential
  4. Provide delivery and operational insight and experience to ensure Saaspoint continously improves its critical success factors

The Practice Director will have the following success factors:


  1. Ensure delivery team maintains 75% utilization target
  2. Maintain an opportunity pipeline at least twice the size of booking targets
  3. Keep management reporting systems up to date with all relevant customer and operational information
  4. Substantial working knowledge of salesforce.com functionality along with deep CRM delivery experience

In addition the Practice Director will exhibit these qualities:


  1. Ability to clearly and concisely communicate solution recommendations to client requirements
  2. Provide leadership by example to delivery team by actively collaborating with them on solution development and engagement delivery
  3. Executive presence and confidence when dealing at the client's C-level management
  4. Follow through in doing what is promised whether it deals with a client deliverable or another employee's request
  5. Problem-solving not problem identifying bent in every situation
  6. High energy, high performance and high humor personality comfortable with ambiguity but driven to find or develop answers

Practice Director

Functional Application Consultant in UK/EMEA

Depending on previous experience and skill set, your daily work covers the complete implementation cycle from gathering business requirements with the client, designing a solution, implementing it and training the users.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with the salesforce.com platform
  • Client facing experience (ideally in a consultancy environment)
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Foreign language skills desirable but not essential

Application Support Consultants

You will receive full salesforce.com administrator training, and will provide existing customers with application functional support and will also be involved with the deployment of new applications.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of the salesforce.com platform is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous customer support experience
  • Computer literate with good problem solving skills
  • Foreign language skills desirable but not essential
  • Excellent career progression for right candidate

You will be involved in selling both professional services and business-web AppExchange applications.You should be knowledgeable about the emerging software as a service (SaaS) industry.

  • You will need to be a highly motivated self-starter.
  • You will have IT sales experience and a proven track record of achievement.
